Jingga Restaurant is delighted to announce the return of the celebrated Chef Agus Hermawan, whose culinary talent has charmed palates across Indonesia and beyond. On the evening of 2 June 2025, as part of the highly anticipated Chef Sessions Season 2, Bumi Kinar Ubud will host The Symposium of Indonesian Epicurean. This exceptional evening will focus on exploring heritage-rooted Indonesian cuisine, elevated with a contemporary touch. Chef Agus, renowned for his work at the Michelin-recognised Ron Gastrobar Indonesia and Terasa Nusantara, will present a specially curated tasting menu for the event.
This exclusive experience offers an intimate exploration of Indonesia’s diverse culinary traditions, with each dish featuring chemical-free, locally sourced ingredients. Thoughtfully prepared and artfully plated, the menu tells stories through flavours, combining traditional techniques with modern influences.
With limited seating and a refined atmosphere, this evening at Jingga Restaurant in Bumi Kinar Ubud is designed to be memorable, indulgent and deeply rooted in the spirit of culinary artistry. The event will run from 5pm to 8pm, with a price of IDR650,000 per guest.
