Come Valentine’s Day, Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort’s Italian dining destination, Bene Italian Kitchen, opens its doors for lovebirds looking for a romantic dining experience. The evening will start with intoxicatingly smooth tipples to be enjoyed on the rooftop, overlooking the magical hues of sunset over Kuta Beach. Don’t forget to take up the buy-one-get-one-free offer on signature cocktails and selected beer and wines. Executive Chef Rossano Renzelli and his culinary team have prepared a four-course set menu of Italian favourites to accompany the lovely evening.
The highlights of the menu include tortellini with duck, carrots and edible chamomile flowers, a selection of red mullet with celery mousse and capers of artichoke-crusted beef medallion, and chocolate almond hearts with butter cream chocolate mousse and raspberries, among others. In addition to the four-course set menu, the Valentine’s Day package also includes a special His & Her package from Rob Peetoom to take home.
