An immersive gathering under the theme Move, Create, Connect highlights intentional movement, artisanal crafts, and local cultural connection at Pecatu.
On the limestone cliffs of Uluwatu, the morning air carried the crisp scent of the Indian Ocean as sunlight hit the open gardens of Wyndham Dreamland Resort Bali. Here in Pecatu on 29 September 2026, Move, Create, Connect brought people together for a day dedicated to intentional living and the Empower and Embrace Women initiative.
The gathering began on the main lawn, where participants laid out yoga mats for an outdoor Mat Pilates class led by resident instructors. Precise movements focused on core alignment, flexibility, and breath control, replacing high-intensity workouts with quiet physical discipline.
By mid-morning, the focus moved to the timber-decked Tirta SPA. Guests worked with crushed rice, sea salt, and essential botanical oils, mixing custom body scrubs by hand while learning the restorative properties of each ingredient. Later in the afternoon, near the main lobby, local cultural practitioners demonstrated the art of canang sari. Hands carefully folded palm leaves into small trays before filling them with vibrant marigolds, shredded pandan, and frangipani blossoms, offering insight into the Balinese philosophy of daily gratitude.
As dusk settled, attendees gathered at Ulu Bar over chilled ginger-turmeric infusions and fresh botanical mocktails. Jars of hand-blended scrubs rested beside neatly stacked floral offerings on low wooden tables. Front-of-house staff engaged attentively with the crowd, anchoring an evening where shared craft and quiet conversation lingered well past sunset.
