The Flying Squirrel Bali Offers Modern Japanese-Inspired Bites

Foodies in Singapore must have been familiar with The Flying Squirrel. Now the modern bistro has made its way to Bali with The Flying Squirrel Bali. Located in the elusive corner of the vibrant Petitenget street in Seminyak, the two-storey restaurant creates a fun hangout, featuring a bar and a creatively elaborate menu of Japanese-inspired cuisine, highlighting its sushi and sashimi platters.

TFS Bali Signature

You can create your own sushi and sashimi platter by mixing your own choices from the sushi bar, or you can always take the easy way out and leave it to the chef to choose five kinds of creative sushi for you. Try the unique TFS Bali Signature, comprising six different maki sushi inspired by the flavours of the island and the special fish of the day.

The Flying Squirrel also prides itself in its playful cocktails. To match Bali’s tropical air, the Yuzu Prosecco with yuzu juice, simple syrup and Prosecco, is a refreshing choice, as well as the TFS SG x Bali Sour with whisky, yuzu and egg white. The Saketini is a cheeky concoction with sake, arak, green tea syrup and cucumber.
