Throughout August, the hotel collaborated with ISA Art Gallery and prepared an exclusive pop-up art exhibition themed “Origins”, showcasing the evolution of Indonesian art. The exhibition brought together 20 Indonesian artists and three foreign artists with different backgrounds and artistic identities, evident from the diverse artworks showcased.

On the culinary front, Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta’s Signatures Restaurant served a wide array of gastronomic delights of Indonesia, from se’i beef from East Nusa Tenggara, to chicken pa’piong from Toraja and nasi gandul from Pati. Another famed outlet of the hotel, Paulaner Brauhaus, brought Paulaner Rijsttafel where diners can savour German and Indonesian platter, with delicacies like pork knuckle betutu, rendang sausage and more.

After the success of the Soundrise event on 16 August, where guests were invited to enjoy live performance from talented singer Judika at Paulaner Brauhaus, another musical event will be held on 31 August to give a nice wrap-up of the festivity. “A Night to Remember” concert will feature various artists from across the archipelago, including Balinese musician Gus Tedja, Yogyakarta’s Keroncong Paksi Band, and more.
