Asian-inspired delicacies such as the ever-popular crispy soft shell crab salad grace Skye restaurant’s diverse international menu courtesy of acclaimed wunderkind Executive Chef Hamish Lindsay. At the swanky Skye bar area, guests can choose from a variety of delightful concoctions crafted by immaculately dressed mixologists. A selection of cushy rocking chairs and plush couches adorn the bar’s indoor seating area.
