A: A typical day involves overseeing marketing strategy, coordinating campaigns, aligning with global brand teams, and collaborating with operations to ensure every guest touchpoint reflects the resort’s luxury positioning. After work, I never skip the gym or a good game of tennis to stay active.
Q: What’s the toughest part of your job?
A: Keeping up with how quickly marketing evolves while ensuring the brand remains authentic and relevant in a highly competitive hospitality market.
Q: What do you find most satisfying in your job?
A: The most satisfying part is creating experiences that inspire guests to choose our destination and seeing the impact of our storytelling reflected in real guest experiences.
Q: Who has been the most influential figure in your career?
A: I don’t have a single person in mind, but I’ve been fortunate to work with several inspiring leaders in hospitality who emphasised the importance of brand consistency, guest experience, and long-term vision. Their guidance has shaped how I approach marketing and leadership today.
Q: Name one really special thing about your hotel.
A: Our all-inclusive concept is truly special because it goes beyond meals and drinks. It offers a curated lifestyle experience with diverse restaurants, premium services, and destination-inspired activities.
Q: How do you unwind?
A: Living in Bali, the beach is my favourite place to unwind. Whenever time allows, I also love travelling and exploring new places and cultures.
Q: If you hadn’t taken this career path, what would you have chosen?
A: If I hadn’t pursued a career in hospitality marketing, I would probably have explored entrepreneurship. I enjoy creating aromatherapy candles, so building a small lifestyle brand around wellness products is something I would love to do.
