Occupying the top level of the hotel, on the 37th floor, KITA Restaurant offers an elevated modern Japanese dining experience among the spectacular views of the Jakarta skyline. Helmed by Japanese Executive Sous Chef Takeumi Hiraoka, the restaurant is home to a wide range of authentic flavours of modern Japanese cuisine.
