A Taste of Spain’s Michelin Stars

Right at the end of 2016 and for three nights only, The St. Regis Bali Resort once again invited a Michelin-starred guest chef to take the reins in the kitchen at the stunning beachfront restaurant, Kayuputi. Cooking up his famed award-winning, two Michelin-star cuisine, Fernando Pérez of Zaranda restaurant at Castell son Claret Hotel Arellano presented a weekend of exquisite and refined gourmet dining for Bali’s discerning foodies. Serving up such delicious delicacies as black egg with cuttlefish caviar, and Spanish ternera with black truffles, the gastronomic weekend came to a glorious close with a multi-course, wine-paired degustation dinner, enjoyed beneath the stars at the breathtaking Cloud Nine Terrace.
