As the city counts down to 2026, the hotel fully embraces its Cerita Jakarta theme, with each restaurant transforming into a living portrait of the capital’s diverse neighbourhoods. Kayu Manis transports guests to the heart of Jakarta Pusat, reliving the nostalgic charm of the old city. Diners can savour classic street-food legends like Nasi Goreng Kambing Kebon Sirih and Es Selendang Mayang, alongside traditional treats like Kue Rangi and Kembang Goyang.
In contrast, POPULICO channels the modern, energetic pulse of Jakarta Selatan. With upbeat live music and chic décor, it offers a dynamic, social celebration centred around a premium BBQ selection featuring unlimited cuts of fresh meat. LIN Chinese Restaurant pays homage to the rich Peranakan influences of Jakarta Barat and Utara. Here, Chef Albert presents a bountiful all-you-can-eat dinner, highlighting a fresh seafood market and his signature creations.
On 31 December 2025, all these stories converge at the Tentrem Ballroom. The evening is a grand finale honouring Betawi culture through captivating performances and culinary stations showcasing flavours from across the archipelago.
