Australian hotelier Charles Anthony Kneipp has been appointed general manager of Jumeirah Bali, bringing an experience honed over 40 years across four continents.
After over 12 years leading the team at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, Charles Anthony Kneipp finds a new home. He joins the team at Jumeirah Bali, following his recent appointment as general manager.
Hailing from Australia, Charles brings a leadership style influenced by his experience in gastronomy, garnered from years serving as executive chef for renowned hotels, including Sheraton and St. Regis addresses in Russia and China. His expertise then expanded to the management side as his role shifted into food & beverage director for The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan and the historic Grand Hotel Europe in St. Petersburg.
He finds new strides at Jumeirah Bali, the second general managership of his career, overseeing the resort’s operations, guest experience, commercial strategy, and colleague development. With his proficiency in culinary operations, he will also be guiding the resort’s offerings in dining, well-being, and cultural experiences that remains an enriching part of any stay at Jumeirah Bali.
