After recently launching its weekend brunch programme, InterContinental Bali Sanur Resort is back with another festivity to enjoy. In collaboration with Campari Italian liqueur, the resort invites guests to Campari Month throughout May 2022. From 1 to 31 May, the resort’s Pier Eight Bali sees its innovative team of mixologists incorporating tropical flavours and crafting creative cocktails using Campari.
Choose from three signature Campari cocktails, specially created for the occasion: Campari Mimosa, Campari Paloma, and Thyme “Kusuma” Negroni. Taste all three Campari cocktails to collect stamps on your Pier Eight Passport this May, and receive a complimentary glass of Thyme “Kusuma” Negroni.
Come every Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 7pm to join the cocktail hour, kicked off by a special show by the resort’s skilled mixologists. Situated right by Sanur’s beachfront boardwalk, Pier Eight Bali offers all-day dining comprising fresh seafood, an extensive wine collection and a healthy mocktail selection.
