COMO Uma Canggu introduces FLOAT, FLOW, RESTORE, a new aquatic wellness programme created with Aqua Sculpt™, bringing floating Pilates and yoga to Bali’s coastline.
A fresh wave of wellness has arrived on Bali’s shores as COMO Uma Canggu launches FLOAT, FLOW, RESTORE, an innovative collaboration with Aqua Sculpt™, the Australian wellness concept renowned for its floating Pilates and yoga experiences. Officially launched on 1 June 2026, the programme offers guests and the local community an opportunity to experience mindful movement in a unique oceanfront setting.
Taking place in the COMO Beach Club pool overlooking the Indian Ocean, FLOAT, FLOW, RESTORE combines the therapeutic qualities of water with carefully guided movement practices designed to enhance both physical wellbeing and mental clarity. Participants perform exercises atop specially designed floating boards, encouraging balance, stability, and deeper core engagement while cultivating focus and presence.
The programme introduces two signature classes: Aqua Sculpt™ Floating Yoga and Aqua Sculpt™ Floating Pilates. Suitable for all levels, each session is led by experienced instructors and offers a refreshing alternative to traditional studio-based exercise.
Floating Yoga focuses on breathwork, gentle mobility, and mindful movement, inviting participants to slow down and connect with the calming rhythm of the water. Floating Pilates, meanwhile, introduces a more dynamic challenge, using the instability of the floating platform to strengthen the core, improve posture and develop coordination.
