In celebration of the holy month, InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar presents Rona Ramadhan – A Six-Hands Iftar Experience. Guests can expect a refined culinary showcase at their very own Damai Restaurant, where guests may break their fast through a thoughtfully curated journey of Indonesian heritage, shaped by the creative signatures of Chef Theo Setyo Widhyarto, Chef Degan Septoadji, and Chef Norman Ismail.
Starting off with the bold contemporary touches of Chef Widhyarto, whose creations take centre stage from 19 February to 1 March 2026. His vibrant culinary language comes alive through striking starters such as Udang Rujak Lodek and Laksa Kerang, followed by deeply expressive mains such as Bebek Bacem Sambal Brambang, aromatic Ikan Kuah Arsik, and richly spiced Daging Tuturuga.
As the moment continues on 2-11 March 2026, the spotlight shifts to Chef Septoadji, whose refined approach balances elegance with bold flavour. Presenting bright Selada Jeruk Bali, richly creamy Tom Kha Goong, comforting Salmon Lodeh, crisp Ayam Renyah Thailand, and succulent beef Picanha Panggang Sambal Hijau finished with vibrant chilli heat.
The final chapter neatly unfolds on 12-18 March 2026, under the expertise of Chef Ismail. His menu brings deeply-rooted heritage traditions to the forefront through Udang Pindang Bangka and richly spiced Gulai Kepiting Soka, before moving into comforting mains such as Buntut Bakar Gongso, gently smoky Mangut Barramundi, and Iga Bakar Saus Kluwek & Kacang.
Complementing the rotating highlights is an abundant iftar spread. With seafood on ice, live carving stations, Middle Eastern mezze, sushi, artisanal cheeses, traditional takjil, and an assortment of indulgent desserts that help create a richly immersive Ramadhan dining experience rooted in flavour, generosity, and togetherness.
