The 19th edition of the Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival is set to enchant music enthusiasts from 24 to 26 May 2024 at the expansive JIExpo-Kemayoran. The festival organisers have unveiled a stellar line-up, featuring a diverse array of artists who will grace the stages with their unique sounds and styles. Among the highlights are Laufey with her enchanting vocals and soulful melodies and October London, bringing a fusion of R&B and soul. Rai Thistlethwayte is an artist known for pushing the boundaries of genres, while Scatter The Atoms That Remain will bring a collaboration with Randy Brecker, promising a symphony of jazz. Other announced performers are Yakul with its genre-blending sound and drumming prodigy Yussef Dayes.
