This July, Harbourside at Regent Hong Kong invites diners on a culinary journey to Seoul through an exclusive collaboration with JUDORAK, one of South Korea’s most celebrated modern dining destinations. Running from 6 to 26 July, the limited-edition buffet experience brings together contemporary Korean creativity and time-honoured traditions against the spectacular backdrop of Victoria Harbour.

Renowned for its stylish industrial aesthetic and elevated approach to Korean comfort food, JUDORAK has become a favourite among Seoul’s discerning diners. For this special residency, Head Chef Jacob Kim and his team will prepare signature dishes live at Harbourside, offering guests an immersive glimpse into the techniques and flavours that have earned the restaurant its devoted following.

The menu showcases a thoughtful balance of innovation and heritage. Highlights include Jeyuk Cream Noodle, where the smoky intensity of spicy stir-fried pork is softened by a velvety cream sauce, and Daechang Tteokbokki, a rich reinterpretation of the beloved Korean street-food classic featuring tender rice cakes and buttery beef intestine.
