What if a bar can serve something bigger than its interest? It’s the question posed by Nic Senes, Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, upon conception of its zero-waste cocktail bar, TELU. That same philosophy remains as it celebrated its third anniversary. To mark the occasion, TELU unveiled an artwork done by Michael Hockey of Nyaman Art Gallery, which continues the bar’s practice of utilising upcycled materials such as leftover cement bags from the resort’s renovation and plastic bottles gathered from beaches in Bali and Australia.
