These collaborations will bring together the most well-known chefs and mixologists from the Island of the Gods for a weekend with Sake no Hana’s esteemed culinary and bar team, elevating your dining and drinking experience.
On 25 and 26 January 2020, the first event of the series will see highly talented Master Chef Chris Salans of Mozaic and Spice by Chris Salans, alongside Bili Wirawan, chief mixologist of Spice by Chris Salans joining up with the resident team.
Chris Salans and Sake no Hana’s Executive Chef Hendry will present a full menu showcasing their specialties, which will be paired with creative cocktails made by Sake no Hana’s award-winning mixologist Harris and bespoke cocktails by Spice’s Bili.
The full menu from both chefs can be enjoyed as a set menu complete with cocktail pairings, or à la carte, giving guests the chance to savour the delectable offerings at their own leisure.
