In 2025, the movement spans more than 150 countries, united by five simple but powerful pillars: sleep, nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and purpose. Together, it creates a framework for living well, not as an abstract concept but as a practical guide.
Hotel Tentrem Jakarta embraces this philosophy and channels it into a three-day celebration from 19-21 September 2025. The programme is complimentary and designed not only for in-house guests but also for associates and members of the surrounding community. It combines approachable health guidance with restorative practices, reminding participants that wellness can be both accessible and deeply enriching.
The series begins on 19 September with a health session by PathLab Medical at Amarta, where screenings are offered free of charge. The following day, Gaharu Studio hosts an invigorating Mat Pilates class led by Pilates Re Bar, coupled with a mini check-up by Halo Doc to balance physical effort with medical insight. The closing day shifts the focus to creativity and calm, blending a yoga session by Coach Livionara with a painting workshop in collaboration with Madu Uray, where honey jars become part of the medium.
By limiting attendance to 20 people on 20 and 21 September, the hotel ensures each participant experiences a more personal connection to the activities. It is an approach that mirrors the spirit of World Wellness Weekend itself: wellness shared in community, explored through movement, and expressed through art.
