Discovering a new space carries a certain excitement, particularly when it reveals the artistry behind familiar pieces. Tulola’s new boutique, which had its grand opening on 19 August 2026 on the first floor of Grand Indonesia’s West Mall, offers just that, drawing attention to the people and ideas behind its jewellery while reflecting the house’s Indonesian heritage. Conversations unfolded naturally around the centrepiece, an artisan’s worktable displaying traditional tools alongside visual references drawn from Indonesian culture. The installation brings the makers into focus and reflects the vision of founders Happy Salma, Sri Luce Rusna, and Franka Franklin-Makarim.
