Lead With Care

A collaboration between Four Seasons Hotels and Johns Hopkins Medicine International is enhancing the health and safety programme at its properties worldwide.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, one of the leading luxury hotel brands in the world, is creating an initiative with Johns Hopkins Medicine International to validate a new global health and safety programme, namely Lead With Care. This new collaboration will provide ongoing and real-time guidance on the evolving pandemic situation that is happening worldwide.

Guided by the expertise of Johns Hopkins Medicine International, the programme is focused on providing care, confidence and comfort to all Four Seasons guests, employees and residents within the new situation. The programme also outlines clear procedures that educate and empower Four Seasons employees to care for guests and each other.

Dividing the process into two phases, both parties have also created a joint Response Team where senior experts in infectious diseases from Johns Hopkins will provide on-demand response and guidance to hotels dealing with the situation. Moreover, Four Seasons is also working closely with EcoLab and International SOS to house medical personnel in its properties.

While face-to-face interactions maybe limited, the #FSChat app is available to uphold the highest levels of personal service for each guest, supporting the Four Seasons in providing the same level of service, detail and care for which the brand is known and trusted the world over.
