From sunrise wellness sessions to late-night jazz, Mondrian Gold Coast is creating a vibrant weekly programme that brings together food, music, relaxation, and community in the heart of Burleigh Heads.
Mondrian Gold Coast has unveiled an exciting new calendar of weekly experiences across Haven and LiTO, introducing a fresh rhythm of dining, music, wellness, and social gatherings that reflects the laid-back yet sophisticated spirit of Burleigh Heads. Designed to take guests seamlessly from sunrise through to late evening, the programme offers a diverse collection of events that invite both locals and visitors to make Mondrian part of their weekly routine.
A major highlight of the new season is the launch of VELVET at LiTO on 19 June. This immersive jazz and dining experience combines roaming performances, a five-piece live band led by acclaimed vocalist Ashleigh Denning, expertly crafted Moët Hennessy cocktails and a shared dining menu inspired by classic jazz lounges. The result is an elegant evening that blends live entertainment with exceptional food and drink in a stylish, cinematic setting.
According to Letitia Vitale, Managing Partner of Vitale Property Group, the vision has always been to create more than simply a hotel or restaurant. Instead, Mondrian Gold Coast aims to become a destination woven into people’s lifestyles through memorable experiences that encourage regular visits and meaningful connections.
At Haven, located on level three overlooking the ocean, guests can enjoy a rotating programme of food-led events throughout the week. Wednesdays feature Steak & Frites, while Thursdays celebrate fresh local seafood. Fridays bring the energetic Lobster Fridays experience, pairing fresh lobster and signature margaritas with live DJ performances that continue through sunset. Champagne & Oysters remain available on weekdays, while weekend DJs keep the atmosphere lively from day to night.
Sundays offer a slower pace with Recovery Sessions by the pool, complemented by wellness experiences such as yoga, breathwork, and meditation overlooking the coastline. Meanwhile, LiTO continues to embrace the warmth of Italian hospitality through Pasta & Pinot Tuesdays, Cotoletta Thursdays, lively aperitivo afternoons and live music every Friday evening.
