Mondrian Gold Coast has unveiled an exciting new calendar of weekly experiences across Haven and LiTO, introducing a fresh rhythm of dining, music, wellness, and social gatherings that reflects the laid-back yet sophisticated spirit of Burleigh Heads. A major highlight of the new season is the launch of VELVET at LiTO, an immersive jazz and dining experience that combines roaming performances, a five-piece live band led by acclaimed vocalist Ashleigh Denning, expertly crafted Moët Hennessy cocktails, and a shared dining menu inspired by classic jazz lounges.
According to Letitia Vitale, Managing Partner of Vitale Property Group, the vision has always been to create more than simply a hotel or restaurant, but rather a destination woven into the people’s lives through memorable experiences. At Haven, located on level three overlooking the ocean, guests can enjoy a rotating programme of food-led events throughout the week. Meanwhile, LiTO continues to embrace the warmth of Italian hospitality through Pasta & Pinot Tuesdays, Cotoletta Thursdays, lively aperitivo afternoons, and live music every Friday evening.
