Celebrating International Coffee Day, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali invites coffee aficionados to enjoy the many activities on offer.
For one day only, on Sunday, 1 October 2023, the resort will highlight coffee in all its dining venues. The Lobby Bar & Lounge is partnering with the renowned Twenty Milli roastery on the island to host an Afternoon Coffee Culture. The experts here will share tales and insights into the magic of these beans, which are consumed by over two billion people worldwide. For this special occasion, the resort’s pastry chef will pair delectable coffee treats with specially brewed coffee from the baristas.
Over at the beachside Ikan Bar, patrons get to enjoy coffee-inspired cocktails such as espresso martini or coffee negroni. Meanwhile, the signature Sunday brunch at Prego will see the Coffee Cart experience tantalising your taste buds with various coffee preparations along with coffee-based desserts. The resort is also serving a special blend of Balinese Coffee Blancuh at Seasonal Tastes on the same day. Made from meticulously blended 80 percent robusta beans from Tanamera Coffee, the resort’s barista will personally visit each table to share captivating stories about the remarkable journey, from beans to your cup.
Being a resort that is also known for promoting wellness and wellbeing, Heavenly Spa by Westin is also taking part on this day. Guests are invited to take part in a DIY Coconut Coffee Scrub workshop, a hands-on experience guided by the knowledgeable staff of Boemi Botanicals to create a divine body scrub that will leave your skin feeling irresistibly smooth.
